Kara Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-commerce Executive in Puchong, Selangor to drive daily store operations for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will optimize product listings, coordinate promotions, and ensure inventory alignment to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience managing seller backends on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Fresh graduates with strong e‑commerce internship background are welcome.
• Familiarity with tools such as vouchers, promotional bundles, and flash sales.
• Proficient in data analysis and using analytics to track sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Daily store operations and content management across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings following SEO and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate banners, store decorations, and promotions.
• Register SKUs for marketplace programs and set up discount mechanisms.
• Monitor stock, orders, returns, and partner with logistics to maintain SLAs.
• Extract data from analytics portals to monitor traffic, conversion, and basket size.
