Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused E‑Commerce Online Sales Executive to join our team in Malaysia. You will manage online customer enquiries, assist customers with product selection, and convert leads into sales across our e‑commerce platforms.

You should be comfortable using Shopee, TikTok Shop and WhatsApp, communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and providing timely product information, pricing and promotions. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Sales or e-commerce experience is advantageous.
• Experience with chat and messaging platforms is preferred.
• Positive, responsible and customer-oriented approach.
• Willing to learn about products and online sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers promptly and professionally.
