Job summary

SHL Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking an energetic E-commerce & Marketing Executive in Penang to grow online presence across our website, social media, and shopping platforms. You will plan content, run campaigns, and coordinate in-store promotions to strengthen brand visibility.

You will learn, experiment with new ideas, and collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and online sales through Canva, Meta Ads, TikTok, Shopify/WooCommerce, and marketplace channels.

E-Commerce & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and curious E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to join our team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys learning, exploring new ideas, and trying different approaches. You don't need to know everything from day one — what matters to us is that you are willing to learn, take initiative, and continuously look for ways to improve our marketing and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

Online & E-Commerce Marketing

• Manage and improve our online presence, including website, e-commerce platforms and social media.

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

• Assist with online advertising and digital marketing campaigns.

• Explore new marketing trends, platforms and tools that may help grow the business.

• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and online sales, and suggest improvements.

• Work with the team on promotions, product launches and online campaigns.

In-Store & Offline Marketing

• Plan and coordinate in-store advertising, promotions and marketing materials.

• Develop creative ideas to improve customers' in-store experience and product presentation.

• Assist with banners, posters, displays, packaging and other promotional materials.

• Support events, exhibitions, festive campaigns and special promotions.

• Ensure our online and offline marketing communicates a consistent brand image.
