Job summary

Infinity Cosmic Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Executive to drive sales on TikTok by creating engaging content, livestreaming, and managing the TikTok shop. The role also covers basic e-commerce tasks such as product listings and campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and our website.

You'll join a fast-paced team and have the opportunity to grow with digital trends and online shopping momentum in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or eager to start a career in e-commerce.
• Passion for content creation and being in front of the camera.
• Basic video editing skills (TikTok-style a plus).
• Confident, talkative and comfortable hosting livestreams.
• Able to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage TikTok shop: product listing, pricing, campaigns and order fulfillment.
• Create engaging short-form TikTok videos to promote products.
• Host TikTok livestreams to present and sell products.
• Analyse and report performance metrics for campaigns.
• Support online sales growth across channels like website, Lazada, Shopee.

Are you TikTok-savvy, obsessed with digital trends, and love all things e-commerce?

We are on the lookout for a creative and hands-on E-Commerce Executive to join our team. Someone who lives and breathes TikTok and knows how to turn views into sales.

In this role, your main focus will be driving sales through TikTok by creating engaging video content, hosting livestreams, and managing our TikTok shop. You will also support basic e-commerce tasks like product listings and campaign setups across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and our website.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage TikTok shop. Including but not limited to, product listing, monitoring operations & fulfilment, helps in maintaining online store health, actively plan & join campaigns, ensure correct pricing established.

2. Create Engaging Content - Produce short-form TikTok videos to promote products

3. Host TikTok Livestreams - Present and sell products live in an engaging manner

5. Analyse & report performance

6. Responsible for online sales growth

7. Supporting ad-hoc tasks given to achieve general online sales target & plans across online channels like website, Lazada, & Shopee
