Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online shops across Shopee, TikTok Shop and other channels. You will drive sales, optimize product listings, pricing, promotions and stock availability to meet targets.

You will lead an e-commerce team, coordinate with warehousing and marketing, monitor performance, analyse trends, and prepare monthly reports to improve customer experience and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop and other online sales channels.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, product descriptions, images, and stock availability.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts, and sales events.
• Monitor daily online sales, orders, traffic, conversion rates, and overall store performance.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
• Lead and monitor the e-commerce team, including customer service, order processing, content, and online operations.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Purchasing teams to ensure sufficient stock and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor customer reviews, feedback, complaints, and service quality to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyse competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer behaviour to identify new sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop attractive campaigns and promotional content.
• Prepare monthly e-commerce reports and analyse sales performance, campaign results, and profitability.
• Ensure all online stores comply with platform policies, company procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales, customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall e-commerce performance.
