Job summary

2 KM Enterprise is seeking a confident livestream host to present and promote 2KM Florist products on TikTok and Shopee. You will engage with viewers, demonstrate product features, and guide customers through the ordering process while coordinating with the Marketing team on campaigns.

The role requires energy, strong communication, and reliability, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Good communication, presentation and customer-engagement skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee and other social media platforms.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well with the team.
• Previous experience in live hosting, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote 2KM Florist products.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly, including their features, benefits and usage.
• Interact actively with viewers, answer questions and guide customers through the ordering process.
• Introduce current promotions, special offers and new product arrivals during livestreams.
• Prepare product information and livestream content before each session.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor livestream engagement, customer feedback and sales performance.
• Assist in creating short promotional videos and social media content when required.
• Maintain a neat and professional livestream area.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
