Job summary

Shapee Trading & Distribution – Kempas, Johor is hiring a live streaming host to present and promote products across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live and Facebook Live. You will engage viewers, answer questions, and drive sales through compelling demonstrations.

No prior live hosting experience is required as training will be provided; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-site role with opportunities in digital marketing growth.

Qualifications

• Confident speaking on camera and in front of audiences.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Interest in social media and content creation.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; no live hosting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live sessions on TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live and more.

Shapee Trading & Distribution – Kempas, Johor

Requirement

• Confident in speaking and presenting in front of camera
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with live interaction
• Interest in social media, TikTok, Shopee, or content creation
• Sales experience, retail experience, or customer service experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates / SPM holders are encouraged to apply
• No experience in live hosting required – training will be provided

Responsibility

• Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, and other assigned platforms
• Present, promote, and demonstrate company products in a confident and engaging manner
• Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to questions, and increase audience engagement
• Drive sales conversion during live sessions through product promotion, campaigns, and special offers
• Prepare and understand product knowledge before each live session
• Participate in live script planning, content planning, and campaign discussions
• Follow live streaming schedules including weekdays, weekends, daytime or nighttime sessions
• Maintain professional communication and represent the brand during live sessions
• Support sales targets, campaign KPIs, and performance objectives
• Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and content team
