Job summary

YTK Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a confident Live Host to engage audiences on TikTok and Shopee. You will present products, demonstrate features, and drive daily sales through energetic live sessions. The ideal candidate is camera-ready, communicative, and able to interact with viewers in real-time, while achieving KPIs and promoting special offers.

• Previous experience as a Live Host or Sales Promoter is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Host and manage live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee.
• Promote and introduce products to customers during live sessions.
• Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and confidently.
• Interact with viewers and respond to customer questions through live chat and comments.
• Create an engaging and energetic atmosphere throughout the live session.
• Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Promote vouchers, discounts, and special offers during live sessions.
• Assist in preparing live scripts, content ideas, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor live performance and continuously improve engagement and sales conversion.
