Shapee Trading & Distribution in Kempas, Johor is seeking a dynamic Live Host to stream on TikTok, Shopee Live, and Facebook Live. The role focuses on presenting products confidently, engaging with viewers, and driving sales through live campaigns.

Training will be provided, with focus on content creation, brand representation, and performance metrics. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior hosting experience required.

Qualifications

Public speaking and confident in front of camera.
Strong communication in BM and/or English.
Energetic, outgoing and comfortable with live interaction.
Interest in social media, TikTok, Shopee, or content creation.
Sales/retail/customer service experience is an advantage.
Fresh graduates/SPM holders encouraged to apply.
No prior live hosting experience required - training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, and other platforms.
Present and promote products confidently and engagingly.
Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, and boost engagement.
Drive sales during live sessions via promotions and campaigns.
Prepare product knowledge before each live session.
Participate in script planning, content planning, and campaigns.
Follow streaming schedules including all days and times.
Maintain brand-appropriate professional communication during sessions.
Support sales targets and campaign KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, and content teams.
