Job summary

2 KM Enterprise in Malaysia is inviting applications for a livestream host to engage audiences on TikTok and Shopee. You will present products, demonstrate features, and guide customers through ordering during live sessions.

Fresh graduates are welcome; adapt to flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to collaborate with Marketing. Previous live hosting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Good communication, presentation and customer-engagement skills.
• Familiar with TikTok, Shopee and other social media platforms.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well with the team.
• Previous experience in live hosting, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote 2KM Florist products.
• Present and demonstrate products clearly, including their features, benefits and usage.
• Interact actively with viewers, answer questions and guide customers through the ordering process.
• Introduce current promotions, special offers and new product arrivals during livestreams.
• Prepare product information and livestream content before each session.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor livestream engagement, customer feedback and sales performance.
• Assist in creating short promotional videos and social media content when required.
• Maintain a neat and professional livestream area.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
