Job summary

Mabang Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is offering an internship role in e-commerce operations. You will assist in managing daily activities across online platforms, help with product listings, pricing, and promotions, and support content uploads for product pages and social media channels.

You will monitor orders and stock, help process customer orders, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma/Degree in a related field for internship.
• Able to commit to a minimum 4-month internship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms is a plus.
• Willing to learn and work independently with a positive attitude.

About you

Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage
