Job summary

Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites a hands-on internship in e-commerce operations. You will assist in managing online product listings, updating store content, and supporting campaign setup while coordinating with Marketing, Design and Operations teams.

This internship is ideal for final-year students or those pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or E‑commerce, with basic Excel/Sheets skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field.
• Able to commit at least 3 months internship.
• Final semester students preferred.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills.
