Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to boost online sales and optimize the website experience. You will analyze data, run promotions, manage pricing, and coordinate with marketing, procurement, and support to improve conversions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, or Marketing field.
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce sales, online store management, or digital retail strategies.
Strong expertise in Shopify Plus.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in campaign planning and digital promotions.
Knowledge of customer retention strategies, email marketing, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic initiatives to boost online sales and increase revenue.
Identify opportunities to enhance pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns for ROI.
Align online inventory with demand trends with procurement.
Address cart abandonment factors and improve checkout friction.
Monitor industry trends to adjust pricing and sales tactics.
Oversee daily website operations and ensure seamless user experience.
Work with developers to improve site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Optimize UI/UX and content layout for engagement and conversions.
Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and availability.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and checkout flows.
Analyze key metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with customer support to resolve order issues and returns.
