Qualifications

• 2+ years in eCommerce and/or digital marketing.
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online stores across platforms and company website.
• Create and update product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory info.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, sales trends and competitor activities.
• Plan and execute online campaigns and platform promotions.
• Develop digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS.
• Manage social media content planning, posting schedules and engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, influencers, content creators and agencies.
• Optimize advertising campaigns to improve traffic, engagement and conversions.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and dashboards.
