Job summary

Corvan, a fast-growing Malaysian home appliances brand, seeks an energetic e-commerce specialist to manage marketplace stores and drive sales. You will optimise product listings, run promotions, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations and Product teams while learning from seasoned leaders.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced SME setting. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; Internship in e-commerce is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corvan's stores across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Corvan.com.
• Create and optimise product listings, descriptions, images and pricing.
• Execute vouchers, bundles, flash sales and promotions.
• Monitor platform health and ensure zero penalties.
• Execute advertising campaigns and monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA and conversions.
• Respond to customer enquiries and convert to sales.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to minimise fulfilment delays.
• Prepare daily e-commerce performance reports and dashboards.
• Ensure listings and promotions comply with platform policies.
