Job summary

Corvan is seeking a proactive Customer Experience & Retail Executive to assist customers across phone, email, WhatsApp, social media and in person at the Experience Centre in Malaysia. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns and support daily operations and sales activities.

You will welcome walk-in customers, demonstrate products, drive showroom sales and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all service channels.
• Handle complaints, warranty claims, repairs and after-sales requests according to SOPs.
• Follow up on open cases and escalate complex issues to the Team Lead.
• Welcome walk-in customers, conduct product demonstrations and recommend suitable products.
• Support retail sales and contribute towards Experience Centre sales targets.
• Ensure showroom, product displays, pricing and promotional materials are presentable and updated.
• Coordinate with Technical, Warehouse, Logistics and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service tickets and case updates in HubSpot.
• Collect customer feedback and highlight recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
• Assist with retail inventory, documentation and basic operational reports.
• Meet assigned targets for response time, case resolution, customer satisfaction and sales.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Team Lead or management.
