Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a detail-oriented individual to handle online orders and stock checks. Training will be provided and no prior experience is required.

You will assist with packing, stock counting and order preparation, and you should be able to work independently and follow instructions. Responsibilities include processing orders via Shopee, Lazada and our website, checking goods and greeting cards for accuracy, packing for delivery, and maintaining good time management and organization.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately check orders, goods, stocks and greeting cards.
• Responsible, reliable and punctual.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Willing to assist with packing, stock counting and order preparation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Shopee, Lazada or e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle online orders via Shopee, Lazada & our own website
• Handle Hamper Centre Order, Delivery & Stocks
• Handle system adjustments & DO (Delivery Order)
• Check orders, goods & greeting cards to ensure accuracy
• Pack and prepare goods for delivery
