Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-Commerce Executive/Assistant to manage and process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback across online and offline touchpoints.

You will coordinate with departments and support the operations team to resolve service issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment. Experience with Lazada/Shopee/Shopify/TikTok is preferred and English/ Mandarin communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and systems (front-end & back-end).
• 1–2 years relevant experience in e-commerce.
• Digital savvy with interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented and result-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Management and processing of sales orders, customer inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Manage key account customers' expectations for any enquiries.
• Coordinate with and provide support to respective departments.
• Work with the operations team on operations issues and resolve service issues highlighted.
• Ensure that customer's performance measurements are met.
• Handle customer relations (online & offline).
• Manage enquiries across all touch points.
• Assist with order fulfilment.
