Qingting Industrial Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an E-commerce & Social Media Executive to grow online presence across Shopee, TikTok and Facebook, generate customer enquiries and increase sales. If you enjoy creating engaging content and turning online interest into sales, we would love to hear from you!

You will manage product listings and ads on Shopee, plan short videos for TikTok, and run campaigns on Facebook.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce or social media management.
• Strong practical knowledge of Shopee, TikTok and/or Facebook.
• Able to create content using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Creative, proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Experience with paid advertising, TikTok Shop or livestreaming is an advantage.
• Experience in curtains, home furnishings, furniture or interior design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shopee: Manage product listings, optimise product images and descriptions, plan promotions and manage ads to improve store performance and sales.
• TikTok: Plan, film, edit and publish short videos. Support TikTok Shop operations and livestream activities where applicable.
• Facebook: Manage our business page, create engaging posts and run advertising campaigns to generate enquiries and appointment bookings.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team on follow-ups.
• Track advertising costs, enquiries and sales results, and recommend improvements.
