Job summary

Percetakan U-Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking an e-commerce operations professional to own client brand stores on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok in Malaysia. You will develop and execute strategies to grow sales, promotions and brand exposure across marketplaces.

Collaborate with Brand team and internal stakeholders to manage store operations, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns using platform tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operation.
• Familiar with the operation rules and processes of mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and ownership for all client brand official store related matters on e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee and TikTok.
• Develop, plan and execute e-commerce strategy to ensure business growth at marketplaces (sales promotion, store operation, social media and brand exposure).
• Negotiate and discuss plans for e-commerce activities, campaigns and promotions with Brand team.
• To manage entire store operations for client/brand.
• Strong communication with clients, e-commerce platform PIC and internal team.
• Data analytics – review and analyze data to drive performance and suggest countermeasures.
• Explore and improve e-commerce platform sales by leveraging available and upcoming platform marketing tools.
