Responsibilities

• Lead overall e-commerce strategy, operations and business performance for Innisfree and Aestura across all channels.
• Lead channel investment planning and resource allocation to maximize business growth, profitability and return on investment.
• Own ecommerce P&L, inventory health and demand planning to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Partner with Marketing team to maximize brand support and campaigns effectiveness via leveraging the ecommerce calendar/key promotional periods.
• Lead commercial planning and channel strategies to achieve sales, profitability and brand objectives.
• Lead the team in developing e-commerce programmes and marketing campaigns to support business growth which is aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop strategic partnerships with key ecommerce platforms and external partners to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate growth.
• Lead and develop the brand e-commerce team, providing strategic direction, coaching and performance guidance.
• Develop and execute social commerce, content commerce and affiliate growth strategies to strengthen business performance across ecommerce channels
• Monitor and optimize key e-commerce performance indicators, including GMV growth, profitability, new buyer acquisition, traffic, livestream and affiliate growth.
