Job summary

HobbyDigi Sdn Bhd is establishing a local team in Malaysia to support order fulfillment and logistics coordination. You will pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders while evaluating logistics packages to improve cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher and communicates fluently in English and Chinese; Cantonese is a strong plus. A passion for e-commerce and technology, plus an interest in anime and toys, is appreciated.

Job Duty:

Assist in order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders.

Identify and implement improvements in the fulfillment process to enhance efficiency.

Research and compare different service packages offered by local logistics partners to determine the best options for cost and efficiency.

Coordinate with local logistics partners to arrange and optimize local delivery processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in any field

Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Proficiency in Cantonese is a significant advantage

A keen interest in e-commerce and technology

Independent, highly self-motivated, and enjoy novel challenges

A preference for anime and toys is highly desirable
