Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, retail, customer service, or live hosting.
• Comfortable appearing on camera with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions on social media and drive sales.
• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website).
• Collaborate with marketing to plan content and campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews and messages across online platforms.
• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate fulfillment with retail team.
• Create promotional content and support product launches.
