Job summary

ASIASTAR OPTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Executive in Malaysia to own online sales channels and manage our e‑commerce website.

You will handle product listings, pricing, imagery and site content across platforms such as Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce. Responsibilities include monitoring orders, inventory, sales performance, customer inquiries and planning online promotions. You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth online operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of e-commerce experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce required.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces a plus.
• Strong understanding of online promotions and analytics.
• Able to coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Warehouse teams.

We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team and take charge of our online sales channels and e-commerce website.

Manage and maintain the company’s E-Commerce website

Handle product listing, product information, pricing, images, promotions and website content

Manage day‑to‑day operations across Shopify, WordPress / WooCommerce or similar platforms

Monitor online orders, inventory, sales performance and customer enquiries

Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns and seasonal activities

Monitor website traffic, conversion and sales performance

Prepare regular sales and performance reports

Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Warehouse teams for smooth online operations

Identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience and online sales

Stay updated on the latest E-Commerce trends, tools and platform developments

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant E-Commerce working experience is required

Hands‑on experience with Shopify, WordPress / WooCommerce or similar E-Commerce website platforms is required

Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces is an added advantage

Good understanding of E-Commerce operations, website content management and online promotions

Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills

Independent, responsible and detail‑oriented

Good communication and teamwork skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
