Job summary

Running Lab Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online business operations in Malaysia. You will oversee platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify, handle online orders, listings, promotions and customer inquiries while collaborating with Warehouse, Retail and Brand teams to grow online sales.

You should have a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields and at least 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada and Shopify.
• Process online orders and coordinate with Warehouse for timely fulfilment.
• Create and update product listings with details, pricing, images, promotions and stock.
• Plan and execute online campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure online inventory is updated.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, exchanges and refunds promptly.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Retail and Brand teams on launches and promotions.
• Monitor online sales and campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Track e-commerce trends and competitor activities to improve sales and customer experience.
• Support other e-commerce activities and projects as required.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of Running Lab Malaysia’s online business.

You will be responsible for our e-commerce platforms, online orders, product listings, promotions and customer enquiries, while working closely with the Warehouse, Retail and Brand teams to support online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada and Shopify.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Create and update product listings, including product details, pricing, images, promotions and stock availability.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions and platform activities to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure online inventory is updated accurately.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, exchanges and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Warehouse, Retail and Brand teams on product launches, promotions and e-commerce activities.
• Monitor online sales and campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Keep track of e-commerce trends and competitor activities and suggest ways to improve sales and customer experience.
• Support other e-commerce activities and projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant e-commerce experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada and/or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Photopea or similar editing tools.
• Good understanding of online shopping and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in running, sports, retail and e-commerce is an advantage.
