Job summary

Baebear Singapore Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks a responsible, meticulous E-commerce operations assistant to support listings on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok. Fresh graduates are welcome as full training will be provided.

You will ensure accuracy in uploads, updates, delisting, pricing, and shop content, while assisting cross‑department tasks and promotional campaigns.

The company HQ is in Singapore, offering opportunities to travel for business as the team grows and roles expand.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in e-commerce platform operations.
• Willingness to learn Excel/Google Sheets; prior knowledge is a plus.
• Meticulous with strong data accuracy and ownership.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain execution of the company portfolio on platforms like Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok.
• Ensure accuracy in product uploads, updates, delisting, and shop content within deadlines.
• Execute and double-check promotional campaigns and pricing strategies for error-free implementation.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with platform partners.
• Support various ad-hoc tasks and cross-departmental initiatives as required.

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in E-Commerce platform operations (Familiarity with Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok is an advantage, but not mandatory).
• Knowledge with Excel/Google Sheet is highly appreciated but not required, willingness to learn is important
• Meticulous nature with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Highly responsible mindset with strong ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and metrics.
