Job summary

AXIM GLOBAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce & Social Commerce Executive (2 positions) to manage online stores, drive sales growth, and support marketplace operations.

You will handle day-to-day marketplace activities, content creation using Adobe tools, and collaboration with affiliates and livestream teams to optimize performance.

Location: Puchong, Selangor. Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30, Sat 8:30-1:00. Join a fast-growing educational toy company focused on talent development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Familiar with affiliate marketing, livestream operations, and social media marketing
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to work during peak campaign periods and sales events
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
• Create and update product listings, banners, and promotional materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Process orders and ensure marketplace delivery deadlines and KPIs are met.
• Reply to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints promptly.

• Improve ROAS and overall marketplace profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms.
• We wish you are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiar with affiliate marketing, livestream operations, and social media marketing.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work during peak campaign periods and sales events.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
