Job summary

Running Lab Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in Malaysia. This is a 6-month full-time contract position to support marketplace operations across Lazada, Shopee and Shopify.

You will manage brand stores, fulfill daily orders, create listings, run promotions, handle customer inquiries and analyze performance. The role requires teamwork, independence, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage stores for assigned brands on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Fulfill daily orders across all platforms.
• Create and manage product listings, content, pricing and inventory.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Assist customers with order and product information.
• Analyze store performance and report to manager.
• Update marketplace listings on Shopify.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managed stores for assigned brands on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Fulfilling daily orders from all our various E-Commerce platforms.
• Create and manage product listing, content for brands, price points and inventory levels for all E-Commerce sales channels.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Render assistance to customers with their enquiries on orders and product information.
• Manage online store operations and analyse brand store performance.
• Assist and update the manager on business and operational matters.
• Admin tasks, processing orders Ecommerce from marketplace.
• Updating marketplace and product listing in Shopify.
• Handling customer service enquiries, via emails and WhatsApp.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with E-Commerce marketplaces is an added advantage (such as Lazada, Shopee, Shopify)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Strong communication (written & spoken) and follow-up skills
• Good analytical skills with a strong business understanding
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented with a good ability to interact with team members and partners across functions and levels, yet independent with minimum supervision
• Able to multitask with good time management skills and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
