Responsibility
1. Online Advertising & Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimise online ads (FB Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • Create marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
2. Website & Online Store Management
  • Update and maintain website product listings, content, and promotions.
  • Monitor website performance, customer experience, and sales flow.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with website or online store.
3. Team & Sales Coordination
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track performance and targets.
  • Provide guidance/support to sales team on online campaigns and sales processes.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse performance.
4. TikTok & Social Media Technical Tasks
  • Manage TikTok Shop backend, product uploads, vouchers, campaigns, and catalog.
  • Handle integration issues, system errors, and platform requirements.
  • Monitor algorithm trends and explore new growth strategies.
