Job summary

Banyan Group in Malaysia is seeking a sales/revenue executive to grow third-party website and OTA business, drive roomnights and exposure, and maintain up-to-date hotel content across channels.

You will develop relationships with OTA partners, monitor rate parity, perform competitive checks, and advise management on promotions and channel investments to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

• Grow OTA/3rd party websites revenue, roomnights and exposure
• Build relationships with OTA partners to solicit business
• Ensure hotel images, information, and descriptions are up to date
• Conduct frequent competitive checks and report on rates and distribution
• Research channels to invest in for best ROI
• Maintain rate parity across 3rd party sites and own website
• Update rates and load new rates using EZYield in sync with website
• Add 3rd party sites to EZYield for speedy processing
• Set up each OTA with correct rate details
• Visit market managers to stay informed on promotions
• Provide advisory to Director of Sales & Marketing and Revenue Manager
• Cross-sell all Banyan Group brands where possible

• Grow3rd Party Websites/Online Travel Agent business in term of revenue, roomnights and exposure.
• Developa working relationship with 3rd Party Website/Online Travel Agents tosolicit business opportunities .
• Ensuresthat hotel’s images, information, descriptions in all electronic channelsare clear, sharp and up to date.
• Performsfrequent competititor checks and reports making sure that our rates/offers are competitive within the Market along with reviewing andreporting on their channels of distribution.
• Researchand make suggestion on which electronic channels we should invest to getthe best return on investment .
• Ensuresthat hotel's rates on 3rd Party Websites/Online Travel Agents are parityand not undercut the hotel's rates on our own website.
• Performsopen/close, rates updated, new rates loading using EZYield system at thesame time that the Hotel's website is updated.
• Ensuresthat as many as our 3rd Party Websites/Online Travel Agents, if not all,are added to EZYield system for the purpose of speedy work process .
• Ensurethat the set up for each 3rd Party Websites/Online Travel Agents and allrates details loaded are correctly done.
• Visitskey market managers to keep up to dates with promotions or marketingactivity that could be beneficial to the property .
• Providingprofessional advisory to the Director of Sales and Marketing and theManager, Revenue.
• Cross-sellsall BTHR brands globally where possible.
