Zent Circle Sdn Bhd is a beauty distribution company seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the company website, creating engaging content and coordinating livestreams to boost sales in nail and foot care.

The role requires a diploma/degree in marketing or related field, 2–4 years’ experience, hands-on with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop, and strong content creation with Canva and video editing skills.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, Business or related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or social media.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera.
• Basic Canva and video editing skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive working attitude.
• Able to analyse sales and campaign performance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and company website.
• Update product listings, pricing, promotions and campaign mechanics.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor online sales, traffic, conversion and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock, promotions and fulfilment.
• Manage day-to-day content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form content, including Reels and short videos.
• Plan and coordinate livestream sessions and assist with livestreams.
• Support digital advertising and online promotional campaigns.
