Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service (E-commerce) professional to deliver fast, accurate support to customers across multiple time zones. You will follow clear processes and collaborate with teammates to maintain high service quality in a dynamic environment.

The role handles pre-sales inquiries, order processing, and after-sales disputes, offering expert guidance on cross-border logistics, customs, and tariffs.

Qualifications

• Able to work in rotating shifts with two days off.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with high accuracy; typing test required.
• English proficiency is advantageous.
• Experience servicing large cross-border merchants preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and efficient support to customers across different time zones by following clear processes and teamwork practices.
• Handle pre-sales inquiries, order processing during sales, after-sales dispute resolution, and provide expert support on cross-border logistics, customs, and tariffs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through multiple channels such as live chat, ticketing systems, and online communities.
• Maintain strong service quality even in fast-paced environments while handling CRM systems and documentation at the same time.
