Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Support Executive in Putrajaya to oversee the day‑to‑day customer service operations and establish standards to drive customer satisfaction across the team.

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations and orders, coordinate with logistics for on‑time deliveries, and maintain accurate records while providing timely order updates to customers. This is a full‑time role with promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business/administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries with timely responses.
• Prepare quotations, orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Assist sales order processing and track delivery status.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate order updates to customers via email.
• Manage sales data and progress reports.
• Maintain documentation files (physical and digital).
