Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a customer service role in Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will handle inbound calls, assist with e-hailing inquiries, and provide accurate solutions to customers.

The position requires clear Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Comfortable handling inbound customer calls.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work rotational shifts and 6 days per week including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers via the customer hotline.
• Assist customers with e-hailing related enquiries, requests and issues.
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Check and update customer or service details in the system.
• Follow up on customer cases when required.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and meet KPIs.
