Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Maintain store health metrics and SLA across platforms.
• Coordinate allocation and delivery of free gifts and samples per campaigns.
• Log inquiries and performance in Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on order issues and payments.
