Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply, as you will work on the warehouse floor assisting picking, packing, and inventory checks using our WMS.

You will coordinate with team leads during high-volume campaigns, monitor SLAs, and help maintain accurate inventory.

Junior Executive – Warehouse Fulfillment (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and adaptable Junior Executive to join our daily warehouse fulfillment operations. In this role, you will play a hands-on part on the warehouse floor, supporting picking and packing operations to keep our fast-paced e-commerce ecosystem running smoothly. Working alongside experienced managers, you will help execute daily fulfillment tasks, utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, especially during high-volume campaign periods. This is an ideal role for fresh graduates looking to jumpstart their career in e-commerce and supply chain management.

What You'll Do

Support end-to-end daily warehouse operations, actively assisting in picking, packing, and general floor workflows to maintain peak operational efficiency.

Assist team leads with daily workforce coordination, including tracking schedules and guiding part-time staff during high-volume e-commerce campaign shifts.

Execute order management processes, monitor fulfillment timelines, and help ensure strict SLAs are met to maintain customer satisfaction.

Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related digital tools to track task completion and assist with daily inventory accuracy checks.

Identify routine bottlenecks on the floor and collaborate with team leads to improve daily picking and packing workflows.

Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!).

Strong interest in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and logistics mechanics.

Tech-savvy with an eagerness to quickly learn and navigate digital tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and a team-player attitude, comfortable coordinating tasks on the warehouse floor.

Nice To Have

Prior internship experience or coursework in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Familiarity with standard inventory management software or WMS applications.
