Qualifications

• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and basic data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Provide professional customer service for official marketplace stores.
• Log inquiries and promotional gift allocations using Google Sheets.
• Monitor store health metrics and SLA performance for assigned platforms.
• Participate in product training to handle consumer inquiries effectively.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations on orders and payments.
