Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a highly driven E-Commerce Customer Service Executive to support shoppers across our platforms and sustain strong customer relationships. You will respond to questions and resolve issues with speed and professionalism to guide buyers through the journey.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via inbound calls, live chat and email, assisting with orders, refunds, or exchanges, and communicating our policies clearly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn brand products and advertising programs.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to work afternoon and weekend shifts on rotation.
