Job summary

Mac Friends Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role supports growth and management of our IT and gadget product e-commerce platform, with exposure to brands like Anker and Spigen.

You will work across Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, and Shopify, among others, and contribute to market analysis, inventory control, and customer service. The position is full-time and on-site at Bukit Indah.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Photoshop and Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and management of our e-commerce platform focused on IT and gadget products.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms systems.
• Analyse market trends, opportunities and segments in local landscape.
• Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing ROI.
• Understand how to set up on different online platforms.
• Manage inventory and process customer orders according to company guidelines.
• Daily processing of orders and stock level management; manage product listings.
• Handle customer returns and refunds.
• Process stock orders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required by HQ.

Mac Friends Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role will support the growth and management of our expanding e-commerce platform focused on IT and gadget products. Out Brand such as Anker, Spigen, Aecooly and many more.

Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms systems.

Analyse new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in local landscape.

Analyse past performance of collections, categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Understand how to set up on different online platforms.

Manage inventory, process customer order according to company guideline.

Daily processing of orders and managing of stock levels, manage product listings.

Handle Customer Returns and Refunds.

Process stock orders.

Other ac-hoc duty task by HQ.

Requirement

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): strategy sales, MS Excel, Photoshop related, Shopify skill.

Office Location at Bukit Indah Area.
