Responsibilities

• Greets customers and answers phones, directing inquiries to appropriate party.
• Answers routine billing questions / issues from customers.
• Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
• Assists in opening/closing a retail location including cash handling.
• Informs customers about services and assesses their needs.
• Completes, processes, and maintains paperwork and records.
• Operates cash register to record transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assists customers by phone or in person with orders or information for products or services.
• Answers questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandises.
• Directs customers to product locations.

Job description
