Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive E-commerce Admin to join the team. You will manage customer service, order fulfillment, and back-end operations across our e-commerce and social media platforms, while supporting live-selling and gold product handling.

Working hours are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days a week. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is preferred; familiarity with TikTok Shop and WhatsApp Business is a plus; training provided for gold handling.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, WhatsApp Business, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Pack and prepare parcels for delivery (order fulfilment).
• Manage gold purchase procedures, including weighing and tagging processes.
• Assist the live host during live-selling sessions.
• Update e-commerce platform back-end operations, including stock quantity, pricing, product images, and videos.
• Support back-end operations across e-commerce and social media platforms.
