Job summary
KZ Trendy Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Malaysia invites applications for an Administration Officer. You will handle ecommerce orders via ERP, manage daily admin tasks, filing, documents, stock in/out, and customer calls. You’ll monitor dispatch, inventory levels and reporting.

Qualifications
- Minimum education level: Diploma or Degree; fresh graduates welcome.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of admin experience.
- Familiar with ERP systems like Mabang, Site Giant or Big Seller.
Responsibilities
- Handle ecommerce orders from all portals via ERP system.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and filing.
- Manage documents, timely reporting and inventory checks.
- Answer incoming/outgoing calls and assist customers.
- Monitor dispatch and receipt of documents; oversee stock movement.
