Job summary

Qode is seeking a Senior Techno-Functional consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise to lead client engagements, design end-to-end solutions, and drive digital transformation.

The role combines solution architecture, workshop facilitation, and hands-on guidance across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations, with a focus on integrating business processes and Microsoft ecosystem components.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Experience in solution design and business consulting.
• Customer-facing engagement experience required.
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Operations processes.
• Understanding integrations, APIs, and automation concepts.
• Excellent presentation and solution demonstration skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and client-facing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central professional who can combine Senior techno functional/solution architecture, consulting, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate should be able to engage with customers, understand business challenges, design end-to-end solutions, and support business growth through solution consulting.

This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, business processes, solution design, and integration architecture. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with CXOs, conducting workshops, and preparing solution demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Techno-Functional consultant

• Lead requirement discovery workshops and business process discussions with customers.
• Design end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Recommend best practices and industry solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Prepare solution architecture documents, process flows, and implementation approaches.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to delivery teams.

Technical & Integration Consulting

• Understand integration requirements and propose suitable architectures.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, automation, APIs, and data migration strategies.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft ecosystem solutions and extensions.
• Support solution reviews and technical discussions with customers.

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary solution advisor during customer engagements.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and business users.
• Translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations for digital transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in solution design and business consulting.

• Knowledge of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and automation concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
