Job summary

LTM in Malaysia seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead workshops, map business requirements, and design future-state processes in Sales and Customer Service. You will configure Dynamics 365, perform fit-gap analyses, and support testing, UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

You will independently drive functional workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders and solution architects, and ensure successful delivery of end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 functional consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
• Experience implementing end-to-end Sales and Customer Service processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering and process discovery workshops.
• Design future-state processes using Dynamics 365 and perform fit-gap analyses.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service per approved requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, training, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Independently manage functional workstreams and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations or customizations.
