Job summary

TDCX is seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP consultant to lead global finance and SCM implementations from our Kuala Lumpur office. You will conduct requirements gathering, map to TO-BE processes, and drive successful system configuration and rollout.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field
• 4+ years of experience in ERP consulting and global D365 implementation preferred for F&O and SCM
• Experience with ERP implementations and finance processes is a plus
• Strong English communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with initiative and work ethic

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops, business requirement study and TO-BE process mapping
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 suite within the Finance landscape to support global rollout
• Lead SIT and UAT testing for the implementation
• Provide ongoing support, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues
• Deliver training and roadmaps to maximize system adoption and functionality
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovations within Finance
• Ensure system security, compliance and access management
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support QMS improvements
