Chop Tong Guan Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Subang Jaya team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will drive sales, nurture client relationships, and support cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, coordinate product demos, and contribute to forecasting and reporting. A diploma or degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, with proven experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

Responsabilités

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing the deal.
• Coordination & Support: Coordinate client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with the sales team.
• Team Collaboration: Link between sales, marketing and operations for seamless customer experiences.
• Reporting: Assist with sales forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.
