Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma is required.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and apply product knowledge to meet their needs.
• Attend, manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy to maintain existing customers and attract new ones to increase sales volume.
• Build strong relationships with customers to maximise growth and respond to their needs and concerns.
• Close sales and respond to enquiries with appropriate information to achieve targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain positive cash flow and minimise bad debts.
• Prepare quotations for customers and follow up.
