Job summary

GWE Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales growth in Balakong, Selangor. You will identify new opportunities, engage prospective clients, and convert leads into long-term partnerships, while collaborating with marketing, delivery and support teams.

The role requires a proven sales track record, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the territory. A driving licence and own transport are advantageous for field coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Valid driving licence and own transport advantageous
• Tertiary education qualification or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and engagement
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, delivery and support to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and performance metrics on a consistent basis
