The role involves working closely with customers and suppliers to understand requirements, prepare quotations, and provide suitable engineering or industrial solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and project requirements.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to understand technical and commercial needs.
• Assist in preparing product costing, quotations, proposals, and related sales documents.
• Support the sales process from enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and order follow-up.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth project execution.
• Keep updated on products, applications, and industry requirements.
• Perform other sales and project-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
