• Ensure financing applications are complete with accurate documentation.
• Perform preliminary verification and screening of applicants’ information.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor repayment behaviour of customers and support collection efforts.
• Build and maintain a sustainable customer base for repeat business.
